Comment: I’m rating you a 3 because I received my package 8weeks after the due date. I understand the first letters were lost in the mail, but you then took additional weeks to resend and then didn’t send when you told me you were going to send the second time. I then waited again for you to complete the swap and finally today March 6, 2015 I received your letters.
