Hi swappers! Let's follow along with Cathy in THIS VIDEO to create 3 flower streamer clusters for our partners. Here are the requirements: 3 clusters to 1 partner 1.5" x 4" for each cluster covered with paper (Cathy uses music paper) accented with fabric/lace streamers of fabric/lace/ribbon flower(s) I thought all the embellishments were beautiful 'til she got to the black piece--that seemed completely out of place! So . . . use whatever papers/fabrics/etc match together nicely. Hope you'll join me in creating something beautiful to delight your partner!
